One-on-one coaching is a partnership between us. We create awareness, set intentions, and design a path for you to flow through your goals through powerful questions, thoughtful engagement, and specific actions.

Coaching can serve you in any area of life and leadership so you can live well, experience growth, and make an impact. Each session focuses on defining a goal, working through internal and external things at play, then drawing in specific next steps, support, and accountability.

The coaching journey is yours to navigate. You can schedule our sessions weekly, monthly, or as needed. You can pause, revisit, or release our partnership anytime.

Energy Leadership™

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is a proprietary, research-backed tool. It takes something abstract, like how a person perceives the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can understand, feel, and even assess again in the future. As a certified practitioner, I will share this simple online assessment that takes about 20 minutes to complete.

After you have completed the assessment, we will meet for a one-hour call where I will guide you through your results. The personal focus of this session welcomes you to connect with your true self. You will uncover insights about where (and how) you are investing your energy. These insights can empower you to chart a clear path for nourishing your practice of personal and collective care.

In alignment with the Filipino ideology of Kapwa, I’m committed to offering coaching services by rooting in connection, solidarity, and collective care.

If you are engaged in community-led projects, social impact, or grassroots organizing, I would love to connect with you about how we can work together, waiving my fees for each coaching session.

I created this offering for people invested in social entrepreneurship, mutual aid, or other community engagement that centers around the care and well-being of minoritized, exploited, or under-resourced communities.

Event Sponsorship: If you are organizing a fundraiser/event and are seeking sponsorship for auction or gift items, send me a request. I would love to learn about what you’re doing and can offer an in-kind contribution by providing coaching services as an item.

Common Questions

  • The practice of thoughtful communication is essential to both coaching and therapy. It is the leading tool for facilitating insight and improvement. Like therapy or counseling, professional coaching uses methods and techniques that are guided by principles, informed by knowledge, and backed by evidence.

    The main difference is that coaching focuses on present goals and how to navigate growth into the future—whereas therapy (or psychotherapy) tends to focus on understanding the past to heal and function effectively in the present and the future.

  • Partnering with a professional coach may benefit you when you know you are doing well overall. The right time to work with a coach is when you want to feel joy, thrive with ease, and make socially conscious choices. It will feel natural to work with a coach when you believe you are in a better position to focus on personal and collective care through the support of coaching.

  • You would pay the rate for a One-on-One Coaching Session (45 minutes) at the time of booking.

    You can also opt into an Energy Leadership™ Experience that includes:

    Contact me for more ways to create reciprocity, like paying what you can (sliding scale) or bartering (exchanging goods or services).

  • You can engage in one-on-one coaching sessions as often as weekly, as consistently as monthly, or at any level that makes sense to you. There is no minimum number of sessions you are automatically committed to.
